Match Night 16, (or is it 15 for us?)

Stevie FerrisOur Big Guest tonight will be Stephen Ferris!  You may not spot US in our cramped HQ under the stairs at the back of the Scrum Bar, but you will certainly see HIM.  So turn up for a photie, an autograph and a wee cuddle.

Membership – we have almost 1,100 signed up so far.  If you joined within the past few weeks we will do our best to get a membership pack posted out real sson. You can still sign up tonight with the URSC – membership forms will be available before the match.

New standsThe Touch-line bar located by the Family Stand will not be in operation this evening; however mobile Heineken vendors will be roaming the grounds for your convenience. For those of you with tickets for the West Terrance please note that the internal entrance and exit will not be operational this evening due to on-going construction work on the Grandstand, you may access the Terrace from either steps on the end.


Ulster XV

Tommy Bowe is back for tonight’s game and starts on the right wing, he is joined in the back three by Jared Payne, at fullback, and by Ireland Under 20’s winger Rory Scholes, who makes his first senior start for the Province.

Luke Marshall and Darren Cave maintain their partnership in midfield. Paddy Jackson has been released by Ireland and starts at outhalf, with Ruan Pienaar moving back to his more familiar position at scrumhalf. Up front Callum Black starts at loosehead, with Tom Court named on the bench. Rob Herring continues at hooker with Ricky Lutton keeping his place at tighthead.

Johann Muller captains Ulster from the second row where he is joined by Iain Henderson, who has also been released from international duty. Robbie Diack, Sean Doyle and Roger Wilson all start in an unchanged back row. Twenty one year old centre, Stuart McCloskey, who is a member of the Hughes Insurance Ulster Academy, is named as a replacement and will make his first senior appearance for Ulster if called upon.
